You are not alone. Think about that a moment. You are not alone.
You may feel alone because of depression, anxiety, or stress. Making you feel like you can’t breathe. Making you feel useless. Making you feel what is the point of my life?
You go through the day doing the same thing day in and day out. You can not see the beauty around you. The happiness has been sucked out of you.
There is a way out of the darkness.
It starts with breathing. Yes, simple breathing. Slowly breathe in and out. Breathe in, hold, and out.
Mat Kearney wrote a song called Breathe in Breathe out. Part of the lyrics stood out to me.
