Pain relief by Meditation
You can train your mind to limit pain through Meditation and hypnosis.
I teach my clients that suffer from chronic pain how to use the mind to rid the pain.
To begin you must find a quiet place to sit or lie down.
Have water and crackers or bread ready to eat as you awake.
We begin with breathing.
Breathe in and out
A nice deep breath in … hold … release.
Do this until your mind is calm and you feel at peace.
With your mind reach out to the universe’s healing energy ( heaven)
When you find the connection you can begin to allow it to fill your head.
Let the warmth of the energy seek out any pain or stress and breathe out the pain into the Universe’s energies. you let it all go with your breathing in healing energy and out the pain.
When your head feels no pain move on to your neck.
Bring the healing energy through your head and into the neck.
Let the warmth of the energy seek out any pain or stress and breathe out the pain into the Universe’s energies. you let it all go with your breathing in healing energy and out the pain.
Let all the pain in your neck flow out of you… breathe in healing … release the pain into the universe.
The universe will reverse the negative energies that come out of you.
Breathe in the healing energy into your shoulders.

let the healing flow into your arms, elbows, your hands, and fingers.
Let all the pain in your arms flow out of you… breathe in healing … release the pain into the universe.
Let the healing energy come down through your head, neck, shoulders, and arms. let it flow out of your fingers.
Feel the warmth of the healing as the pain leaves your body.
Let the warmth of the energy seek out any pain or stress and breathe out the pain into the Universes energies. you let it all go with your breathing in healing energy and out the pain.
Bring the healing energy down and into your chest.
A nice deep breath in … hold … release.
Do this until your mind is calm and you feel at peace. Let the healing relieve the pain with each breath you take.
Let your chest rise up with each breath.
Bring the healing energies into your stomach, into your digestion area, and your private areas.
Go slowly … Breathe in… hold… release.
Take time here when you are ready move to your spine from the base of your neck to the tailbone.
Bring the healing energy down through your head, your neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, and stomach area the intestines, kidneys, your private parts here. let the energy flow into your hips.
Go slowly … Breathe in… hold… release.
Let the warmth of the energy seek out any pain or stress and breathe out the pain into the Universes energies. you let it all go with your breathing in healing energy and out the pain.
Take time here when you are ready to move to your thighs, Breathe in… hold… release.
Bring the healing energy down through your head, your neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, and stomach area the intestines, kidneys, your private parts here. let the energy flow into your hips and into your thighs. Let it fill your legs, your knees, ankles, feet, and toes.
Let the healing energy fill your whole body.
Go back to where you feel pain and work there.
take time to know your body … know your pain…
