How many of us know people that suck the energy right out of us?

Maybe you know a blamer?

You know the person that never takes responsibility, cause heaven forbid, it is not their fault!

Who of you out there know a guilt tripper that uses shame to get what they need?

Then there is the Jealous Bees. They can never feel happiness, so they sting those around them.

Ever feel yourself being pulled down by an insecure low self-esteem person?

Bullies!!! They take joy in belittling the little guys just so they can boost their ego.

Downers

Drama queens

Gossipers

And the list can go on, but I think you can relate.

We all know a few of these types of people.

 They cannot create their own life force, so they steal ours.

What to do?

Relationships either lift you up or they do not.

Here’s the thing we need to protect our mental, physical, and emotional energies.
